Guest passes for non-residents are available for anyone who plans on parking for more than 4 hours or overnight. These passes are $5 each and are good for 24 hours. You can pick up these passes at the Jersey City Parking Enforcement Division Office (address above). You can walk there from the unit in about ten minutes. Unfortunately, you have to go yourself, they do not let us get them for you, you have to register your car, etc. If you would still like to reserve the private spot, just let us know - $20 per weekday and $30 for Friday and Saturday. These are very rare spots and hard to obtain so please let us know if you would like to reserve them as soon as possible.
